Phyllis Hodges
Boyce (Phyllis Douglas)
Phyllis Hodges Boyce (July 24, 1936
May 12, 2010) --American actress, appearing in
movies and television serials. She was often credited as
Phyllis Douglas.
Born as Phyllis Callow, the daughter of director
Ridgeway Callow, she was one of the last surviving cast
members of Gone with the Wind, in which she appeared, at
the age of two and uncredited, as Bonnie Blue Butler. She
also would appear in two episodes of the original Star
Trek television series as Yeoman Mears, who was a female
crew member of the USS Enterprise. In Episode TOS 014,
Yeoman Mears was aboard the Shuttlecraft Galileo in
Stardate 2267 when it crashed on Taurus II. Mears was a
survivor of the incident, returning to duty on the U.S.S.
Enterprise NCC-1701.
